Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our customized products, all sales of customized items are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns on customized products
  • Refund requests on customized products
  • Exchanges on customized products

Please carefully review all customization details, including sizing, colors, text, and design selections, before placing your order. OLHAUS is not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.

Non-Customized Products

For eligible non-customized merchandise, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review and assist you promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
