At OLHAUS, each customized order is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made specifically for your organization, chapter, or group, additional production time is required before shipment.
Production & Processing Time
Please allow adequate time for our team to customize and prepare your order. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
Bulk Orders
Bulk and group orders are typically processed and shipped within 6–8 weeks from the date your order is finalized and payment is received.
This timeframe allows our team to:
- Prepare and verify artwork and customization details
- Source materials and inventory
- Complete embroidery or other customization processes
- Perform quality control inspections
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, OLHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizing, quantities, shipping addresses, and customization information prior to submission. Any changes requested after production has begun may result in additional fees and extended processing times.
